Prorated payment for a partial month's service will not be accepted. For services initiated by the fifteenth of the month, charges apply to the current month; for services initiated after the fifteenth, charges apply to the following month. New service: Payment of the CO-OP membership fee and/or the first two months' service fees are required to initiate service. Subsequently, payment for each service month is due by the first day of the preceding calendar month. Late payments: GIAC's service providers must be paid in advance. To avoid interruption of service, all subscriber service fees must be received by GIAC prior to the service month to which they apply. Service will be suspended at the end of the last service month for which timely payment was received. A reactivation fee of $10.00 will be charged to reactivate an account that was suspended for nonpayment of fees. If unpaid after thirty days, a suspended account will be terminated without further notice. GIAC shall have no obligation to issue invoices or other notifications with regard to any amounts owed by subscribers or to perform any other action to avoid interruption of service to subscribers. Any notifications to subscribers regarding payments due and/or the application of any grace period for late payments shall be at the sole discretion of GIAC. Advance payments: For subscriber convenience, service fees may be paid well in advance. All unused service fees are fully refundable upon termination.
