Microsoft Exchange or Outlook Express can be configured to provide basic Internet e-mail service.
A version of Microsoft Internet Explorer is bundled with every version of Windows 95/98.
Some versions are more capable than others, but all can be used to browse the World Wide Web and/or to download full-featured Internet applications or upgrades, if desired, from vendor websites (many downloads are free).
