Books are still in the Youth Center.All events will take place in the Roosevelt Center parking lots unless otherwise noted. No advance registration is required unless stated. No alcoholic beverages will be sold at the festival. City ordinances prohibit the consumption of alcoholic beverages in city parks, buildings and in the festival area.
In case of rain, stage events and booth activities will be moved to the community center and the youth center. Carnival rides may close without refunds.
