The St. Hugh Council is located next to the Greenbelt Volunteer Fire Department or Church in city on street

February 11, 1992: At the request of Father Thomas Crowley, Pastor of St Hugh Church, State Deputy James Olivarri and other State Officers and Directors met with Father Crowley to discuss the formation of the new Knights of Columbus council at St Hugh parish.
March 21-22, 1992: During the weekend Masses a team of State Officials made an information and recruitment pulpit presentation at all Masses and answered questions after Mass from prospective members.
April 2, 1992: An information meeting was held in Grenoble Hall, wherein, thirty-seven(37) Form-100s were received. April 23, 1992: District Deputy Jean Dominque and District Warden Joseph Corso conducted a Formation Meeting in Grenoble Hall attended by Father Crowley and thirty-three(33) current Knights or prospective Knights.
May 6, 1992: St Hugh Council was instituted at an Institution Meeting in Grenoble Hall. Of forty-six(46) charter members, twenty-six(26) received their First Degree conducted by the First Degree Team of St Mary of the Assumption Council #9302.
September 19, 1992: The first official installation was conducted by District Deputy Marcellus LaFleur assisted by District Warden Ronald Shrader.
