Practice Schedule

The schedule for the Winter and Spring swim session,s from is as follows:

Tuesday & Thursday	4:25 - 5:25 p.m. - 8 & unders
	4:55 – 5:55 p.m. - 9 - 18 years
Sunday	7:00 – 8:30 a.m. - 9 - 18 years
	8:00 – 9:00 a.m. - 8 and unders
	8:00 - 8:45 a.m. - Developmental

Inclement Weather Policy

GMST's Inclement Weather Policy for snow and ice conditions will follow that of the PG County School System. When schools are dismissed early or closed due to inclement weather, then swim practice will be cancelled. Swim practice is not affected, however, when schools declare a "late arrival" procedure.

Pool Rules

The Aquatic Center Staff would like to remind swimmers and their parents:

•  All swimmers must sign in at the main desk.


•  Rules of the Aquatic Center do apply during swim practices.


•  Only swim parents who submit their Aquatic Center membership card may enter the indoor pool and wait during swim practice. And please remember - no shoes allowed.


•  After practice please do not wait for your swimmer in the hallway outside the lockers. It creates congestion in that area for all our patrons. Instead, please meet your swimmer in the observation area, lobby area near the main desk or outside.
