The next GTA Steering committee meeting will be rescheduled sometime in January. It was sheduled for Sunday Dec 20th at 4 PM has been cancelled because of the SNOW. It will probably be at the community center in Greenbelt.

There are two items on the agenda. Please let me know if anything additional needs to be added.

1) A review of Ellen's Carter's recently completed thesis, that concludes with three recommendations for GTA to improve managerial aspects of the organization.

2) Initial discussion for a Annual GTA Member meeting that according to our bylaws needs to be held by Jan 15th.  Also according to the GTA bylaws, officers for the coming season are elected at this Annual Membership meeting.

There is a summary page,  however the document totals 35 pages so for the sake of trees,  I do not want to make extras.  And we hope to have a copy of the thesis at http://www.greenbelt.com/tennis before the meeting.

Thank you for your involvement with the GTA.  The coming season promises to be a strong, active season as the courts should be enhanced and there are many tennis playing programs in the works.
